Microsoft has presented search marketers and advertisers with an early Christmas present this year, with plans for a more extensive array of tools in adCenter. Earlier this week, Hitwise released the latest figures of October’s search engine searches, based on a sample of ten million Internet users in the United States. The results are summarized below.

After about eight months of downtime, Microsoft has decided to open up its link command features back to the public. These features became offline back in March 2007 due to massive amounts of automated queries, that undoubtedly put an unnecessary drain on Microsoft’s servers.
