Google has continued to gain market share from Yahoo and MSN, and it would appear that MSN users are more likely to defect to alternative options.
Ask.com’s adoption of universal search and its new wave of exciting television ads are making headway into re-establishing Ask as a major player in the search engine field. Its blended search format has the potential to provide more useful information to users - especially for local searches.
