New toolbar PageRanks have begun updating today and the entire process should be completed by the beginning of next week according to Matt Cutts. There hasn’t been any changes to SEP’s PageRank yet as of posting this (probably because the news is being broken just now).

The repercussions to last month’s announcement of Yahoo’s nonexclusive agreement to serve Google ads to Yahoo’s search network have been under scrutiny by many people, including advertisers using Yahoo Search Marketing (YSM) and AdWords.
